It’s MOOCOW time!

Dana and Andrea live in Colorado. 20 years ago, they bought each bought term policies from Genworth. We kept in touch over the years, but not often.

In April, they got a bill, reflecting the significant increase in premium for the 21st year of their 20 year term policies. You can bet THAT prompted a phone call.

Their policy anniversaries were May 10. We started things rolling with new applications on April 25th. We opted for traditional applications due to their age (one of them is over 60).

We pushed APPS, hard, and they responded—we were able to get them examined on April 29th. We started hounding Lincoln before the ink was dry on the applications.

They were approved, issued and placed in force on May 8th. They contacted Genworth, and their bank, to stop the draft on their old policies.

Examined to In Force in 7 business days.
